Our Patient Referral Program
We’re thrilled to introduce an easy and rewarding way to show our appreciation for your referrals. With our program, both you and your referral will each receive a $25 account credit toward future dental services when they schedule their first appointment with us.
How It Works
- When your friends or family schedule their first visit, they simply need to mention your name at check-in or present a referral card.
- Once their appointment is complete, we’ll apply a $25 account credit to both your accounts—no paperwork or hassle involved!
- Referral cards are available at the front desk, though they’re not necessary to participate.

Yes! This program is exclusively for our current patients referring new patients.
Your credit will be applied once your referred friend completes their first appointment!
Yes—only one credit per household can be applied. If you refer multiple people from the same home, only one will be eligible for the $25 credit.
No, referral credits are non-cashable and non-transferable. They must be used toward future dental services.
