Horacio Enrique Falcón, DDS

“Never underestimate the power of a healthy beautiful smile” –Dr. Falcon

Dr. Horacio Falcón graduated with a bachelor’s degree from San Francisco State University in Physiology. He then completed the UCSF/UOP/SFSU Dental Post-baccalaureate before entering dental school. Dr. Falcón earned his DDS degree from the University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry (UDMSoD) with recognizable awards for clinical and leadership excellence. In addition, he was voted class President by his peers of his graduating class.

His passion for Dentistry started at the age of 14 when he started to work as a Registered Dental Assistant. His goals are to practice general dentistry and provide families with comprehensive dental treatment, including cosmetic and implant dentistry, in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Dr. Falcon loves being a physician of the mouth. He is passionate about creating beautiful, functional, healthy smiles while at the same time educating his patients about their oral health and disease prevention. He sees more than a mouth, he sees an individual and how their mouth can affect the entire body. “I strive to provide comprehensive dental treatment while educating my patients on their oral health. I look forward to the personal relationships developed with treating people and strive to provide patients with the best experience.”

Dr. Falcon is involved and committed in helping his community. His team frequently joins him at local elementary schools and senior center to teach oral hygiene and provide free oral cancer screening. Every year, he joins Alpha Omega and UDMSoD students and provides free dental care to people in need in small villages of the Dominican Republic.

Dr. Falcón along with his two beautiful children and wife, a Registered Dental Hygienist and clinical instructor at University of Detroit Mercy School of Dentistry, live among the Grosse Pointe Community. They made Michigan their home and cannot wait to get to know the Great Lakes State. Dr. Falcón was interviewed by Marie Osborne on News Talk 760AM WJR. He was also featured by C&G (Grosse Pointe Times) newspaper and The Grosse Pointe News.
